Product brief introduction
In Iran saffron usually is divided into several forms. One of the most widely used of them is Dokhtar Pich saffron . this type includes parts of stigmas and cream ( red part and white or yellow parts of saffron ) in Persian , this type is called bound saffron and in Iran standard grade 4 saffron , in abroad in fact the amount of this type is between 70-75 % and its root or corner included about 25-30% “Sargol ” Is among the news names that later became customary and according Iran standard term its called cutted string saffron which produced from bound saffron in such away that its yellow part were separated by scissors and then separated by using static electricity , then completely red , cleaner saffron gained which called all red saffron or cutted from the flower (only contains very small amount of yellow part) , is called “Pooshali saffron” its named so , maybe because its bully and sobering state of it. But, the base believes this that it’s not a proper name and better name should be chosen for this type in Iran or poor quality but it’s not possible to prefer one to another . what is certain, is that the power of counting amount of coloring and the quality of bound saffron is much lower than the other type.
